Field & Rumens (Ltd) is an Independent Advocacy and Consultancy organisation that offers Training, Project Management and Counselling.

We offer generic, independent advocacy to local authorities, as well as partner service providers, on a case by case or hourly basis. This is to ensure that support is given to anybody who needs it in a timely and cost effective way, and primarily is made available for FREE to those being supported.

We also offer a number of Mental Wellbeing services that include FREE training courses and one to one support. Additionally, as we are in partnership with a number of other local charities and organisations, we are keen to identify opportunities within present services in the hope to deliver new and effective social solutions for the people of Essex.

We both have great experience in personal development and life coaching for children as well as young adults, and pride ourselves in our extensive knowledge of project and operational management, problem solving and business analysis. We feel that such skills can be greatly applied to the wide range of situations presented to us along with third sector and commercial organisations.
